Eastside Community Outreach
Eastside Community Outreach is a community program located inside of Nellie B established to assist residents of Nellie B, Bonnie Lane and Scattered sites. E.C.O. is composed of Nellie B residents working to help other residents who may be in need of assistance in areas such as Summer Lunch Program, furniture for their newly rented apartment, information on single parenting, marriage counseling, teen pregnancy, GED study classes, computer classes and/or any other type of assistance they may need.
